MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: an avid runner, former figure competitor, personal trainer, and health enthusiast. You will be led you through various exercises to enhance your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Fun fact - the instructor initiated one of the first outdoor boot camps in ATL! She has taught a range of classes, including SPIN, BODY SCULPT, CARDIO KICKBOXING, PILATES, HIIT, and more. You're in Great Hands!!
