FitFest is a community-driven health, fitness, and wellness event hosted by the Glens Falls Collaborative. This event brings together local businesses, professionals, and organizations to create an engaging, interactive experience for the community.
Our Approach to Vendors
At FitFest, every vendor is given equal access to participate.
Vendors who choose to actively contribute to the experience—through interactive booths, demonstrations, or presentations—or invest in sponsorship opportunities may receive increased visibility throughout the event.
We encourage all vendors to think beyond the table and consider how they can engage attendees in a meaningful way.
What to Expect
- Outdoor community event with high foot traffic
- 10x10 vendor booth spaces
- Opportunities for live demonstrations and presentations
- Community raffle and attendee engagement activities
- Vendors who create interactive, engaging experiences tend to attract the most attention and foot traffic during the event.
Important Notes
- Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
- Vendors must supply their own equipment
- Setup instructions and event details will be provided prior to the event
- Participation does not guarantee stage time or additional promotion unless selected or sponsored
