Join us for a fun-filled event, FIT & FIZZ is a combination of excercise, community and wellness. Come move your body in a 50 minute spin class followed by wellness beverages from Arbonne. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to have a good time, this event is perfect for you. Come sweat it out and have lots of fun! Please arrive 15 mins before class to set up bike and register. Bring your own water bottle if preferred. Towels and spin shoes provided. Water bottles with fizz will be given prior to class.
