Join Trans* Thriving and Trade, with Freedom4Girls, LUSH and more for "Fit and Flix". Put on what feels comfortable for you, whether it's PJs or high glam, and join us for a range of pamper opportunities, prioritising trans* health and happiness followed by our very own private film screening of Kinky Boots thanks to the Phoenix Cinema... all for FREE. (booking essential).

Come and enjoy time and space to prioritise trans* health and happiness including:

• A range of supplies and guidance from Freedom4Girls as part of their Freedom4 campaign to support all those who menstruate regardles of geneder. With a range of underwear to suit a range of bodies and genders, come and find out what's helpful and healthy for you and your body.
• Join LUSH for a mini pamper treatment (subject to availability), and explore a range of products suited to different skin types and discuss what works for your hormones, your health, and your body. Each ticket also includes a FREE goodie bag, courtesy of LUSH.

The Trans* Thriving project is a three year project at Trade which aims to support the health and wellbeing of local trans* people. By ‘trans*’ we think expansively about a spectrum of gender diverse identities, primarily transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. During community listening local trans* people have communicated that social isolation is high and finding support for trans* health and happiness is increasingly hard. We have heard this feedback and in response are running this event.

Come along with friends or come and meet someone new. Find space and time to find out what feels healthy and happy for you and your body. Pamper and relax and then enjoy a film screening of Kinky Boots after... for FREE. This event is funded by the Lottery Community Fund as part of the Trans* Thriving project at Trade. Tickets are FREE and include a goodie bag from LUSH, complimentary mini pamper (subject to availability), limited refreshments, and the film screening. There may be opportunities to purchase more items and refreshments at your own cost should you wish.

To prioritise supporting trans* health and wellbeing tickets have been allocated to allow cis friends of trans people to join whilst safeguarding spaces to prioritise trans folks. If at any point you are having issues booking or the ticket you need has sold out please contact [email protected] and we will do our upmost to address any issues or concerns. Please note due to the film screening being a PG13 this event is limited to 13+ only and all under 18s will need to attend with a parent/guardian/chaperone. When booking you will be asked a series of monitoring questions: These are optional and you do not need to fill them in to book. Providing the information supports our work at Trade and through Trans Thriving and helps us understand the communities we serve.
