This one means a little more to me �North Lake Park isn’t just where this event is happening—it’s where a lot of my memories started. Growing up, I spent a lot of time out there with my uncle… catching minnows, flipping rocks for crawdads, just being outside. He’s always been big on getting kids off the streets and into something positive, and looking back now, that’s really where this whole idea came from.
That’s why I’m proud to be teaming up with D.A.D. (Devoted Ambitious Dependable) for their 2nd Annual Father’s Day Event right here in Mansfield.
D.A.D. is bringing something special to the community—creating a space for families to come together with:
� Food, music & giveaways
� Free haircuts for the kids
� Health services like blood pressure checks
� Mentorship & community resources
� Touch-a-Truck with the Mansfield Fire Department
And through Reel Time with Dad, I’ll be adding the Reel Time Fishing Challenge �
— a fishing introduction, hands-on teaching, and a tournament with prizes for the kids.
