First Year with Baby: 4-week course for new and expecting parents

First Year with Baby is an 8- session Triple P® for Baby -positive parenting program.

The first 4 sessions are held in person with other new parents; the second 4 sessions are held individually and focus on parent’s goals.

Parents receive a workbook to be used during the course.

Childcare is not provided but parents are welcome to bring their baby to class.

This class is open to new and expecting parents.
