Join us for an informative and interactive seminar designed specifically for first-time home buyers. Whether you've been pondering the idea of becoming a homeowner or actively looking to start the home buying process, this event is for you! Building Description/Entrance Instructions -
The event will be held on Wednesday, January 31st at 6:30- 8:00 PM. The location is at The One Water Street Apartments Indoor Roofdeck! Parking can be a bit tough to come by in that area so please plan accordingly to arrive before 6:30 PM as the class will be starting then! One Water is a large apartment complex right next to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge directly across the street from Morgans Pier. You can plan to enter from the lobby of the building off of Columbus & Vine St and go up to the 14th floor. When getting off the elevator, you will make your first right which will bring you out to the building rooftop entrance where we will be hosting the event.
There is street parking all around that surrounds the building. If timing is a concern and you are looking for a garage or instant parking, each of the below options are all available and close by:
Noble St & Columbus Blvd Lot (Free) - Just a short walk away a few blocks down the road, look for the big brick building with the American flag and that is it!
Dave & Buster’s Parking Lot (Paid) - 325 N Christopher Columbus Blvd
Holiday Inn Philadelphia, Penns Landing (Paid) - 100 N Christopher Columbus Blvd
