Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, especially with all the conflicting advice online. This free, in-person seminar is designed to give first-time buyers clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward.

You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps toward homeownership, a better understanding of what to focus on now versus later, and answers to the most common first-time buyer questions, including the things many buyers don’t realize they need to know until it’s too late.

This is an educational event focused on real numbers, real scenarios, and practical guidance, not a sales pitch.
