Most of us volunteer to do something for example, helping a neighbour. Many people have never formally volunteered for an organisation. The First Time for Volunteering event is aimed at people who have not recently formally volunteered.
First Time for Volunteering will involve attending two sessions. The first workshop on May 15th will be an introduction to volunteering, basic safeguarding and health and safety. There will also be a chance to practice delivering our volunteering activity. A light lunch will be provided.
