Affinity Business Masterminding for Women: May 2024
These meetings are all about women business owners coming together to mastermind their challenges and share their knowledge and experience to grow their business. Not networking as you know it (though we encourage attendees to share cards and connect), no training sessions or guest speakers - we're all about sharing real experiences and challenges in a safe, confidential environment with other female business owners who just may have gone through the same thing.
How it works: we meet monthly for a two hour meeting to discuss issues from four main sectors:
· Financial - what to charge, rising costs, etc
· Operational - managing staff, finding premises, etc
· Promotional - marketing online, finding new clients, etc
· Fundamental - taking care of ourselves in the process!
We then mastermind to solve or find ways forward through the shared experience and knowledge in the room. There is no commitment to attend every month, so the experts around the table can change each time, giving a new perspective.

Who is it for: small groups of no more than 12 women business owners in all industries at any stage of company growth from startup to established.
What is it not: legal advice - though attendees in the room can often signpost to providers for this or give personal recommendations if they wish.
What it costs: a venue fee of £10 (+vat) to cover the cost of room hire, tea, coffee, biscuits and all stationery and equipment (e.g. whiteboards, projector) supplied.
