Learn Ishayas' Ascension: beyond meditation
The word "Ascend" means "to rise beyond". The Ishayas Ascension is a system that allows you to rise above / beyond the limiting structure of your mind. Here you discover the magic and power of life beyond those limits. It reconnects you with your natural state of Peace, Love, and Harmony.
THE FIRST SPHERE
The course where you will learn the practice of Ascension is called a First Sphere course. The First Sphere weekend is taught by qualified, experienced teachers. The course is informal, enlivening, enjoyable and absolutely life changing and is followed up with a further 6 weeks of video contact to refine the practice.
Ascension is unique, contemporary, practical and can be used by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
During the First Sphere course you will learn four techniques called Ascension Attitudes, which are based on Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. They are effortless to use, yet powerful to practice. Like the thousands of people who have already learned, we are sure you will find the First Sphere course to be simple, relaxing and fun.
FOLLOWING 6 WEEKS
Over the following 6 weeks we will have regular catch ups either as a group or individually to support you in your commitment to using the techniques. You will have every opportunity to experience the benefits, ask questions and enjoy the practice - because thinking about it isn't doing it!
By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self-sufficient practice that will enhance all areas of your life.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Once you have completed the First Sphere course, you are welcome, and encouraged, to repeat it as often as you wish for free.
Ongoing there are many resources available including an online portal Ascensionline, webinars, a Facebook group and online and face to face meetings and retreats around the world.
As teachers we are committed to supporting you in your Ascension practise however we can. We have a wonderful community of Ascenders and Teachers.

FAQs
What can I bring to the event?
Please bring a water bottle, notebook and pen and wear comfortable clothing. Though there is seating available at the venue, you may wish to bring your own blanket and cushion for extra comfort. And we often go for a walk at lunchtime, so bring shoes you can walk in.
