What is First Saturday?
First Saturday is Mikkeller Running Club’s monthly tradition, running strong for over 10 years. The concept is simple: we meet, we run, and we enjoy a beer together – all in the name of balance. If you’ve been before, you know the drill. If not, this is your chance!

Teams for All Levels
As always, we have pace groups for everyone:
🏃‍♂️ Race Walking: 1-hour session, including technique and pacing tips.
🏃‍♀️ Running Teams:
⭐ It’s Alive – 5 or 7 km – Slowest runner sets the pace.
🐇 I Wish – 7 km – Pace: 5:45 min/km.
🏃‍♂️ Ny Såååårt – 10 km – Pace: 5:30 min/km.
🔥 YFMU & IF – 10-12 km – Pace: 5:15 min/km.
⚡ Stella 5 – 10 km – Pace: 5:00 min/km.
🍺 Beer Geeks – 12 km – Pace: 4:30-4:45 min/km.
🎯 Limbo Series – 10 km – Pace: 4:15 min/km.

RaceWalk with MRC
Race walking is our newest addition – the perfect mix of exercise, technique, and socializing, all in true MRC spirit! Join us for a one-hour RaceWalk session, including an introduction to race walking techniques. All levels are welcome, as long as you’re comfortable jogging 5 km without too much effort.
