***For ALL ACTIVE FIRST RESPONDERS***Mission: This health fair's purpose is to provide first responders with access to key medical screenings and technology used to identify silent health conditions, as well as preventative health services, nutrition resources, and fitness techniques/coaching.
Onsite: 1-day/1-stop event to provide annual physicals, preventative health screenings/support information, as well as learning nutrition and fitness techniques/tips.
Services & Screenings:
- Specialty Care Clinics & Precision Cardiac & Vascular Care: EKGs & A1C checks
- Front Line Mobile Health: Thyroid Ultrasounds, Body Composition Analysis
