***For ALL ACTIVE FIRST RESPONDERS AND VETERANS***Mission: The purpose of this health fair is to provide first responders and veterans with access to key medical screenings and technology used to identify silent health conditions, as well as preventative health services, nutrition resources, and fitness techniques/coaching.
Onsite: 1-day/1-stop event to provide annual physicals, preventative health screenings/support information, as well as learning nutrition and fitness techniques/tips.
Free Screenings:
- Specialty Care Clinics & Precision Cardiac & Vascular Care: EKGs checks
- Front Line Mobile Health: Thyroid Ultrasounds, Body Composition Analysis
- Texas Health: A1c, lipid, glucose, and PSA screenings
- Waller Family Gonstead Chiropractic: Spinal exams on sight and giving out discounted first visit cards, which include half off on full spine X-rays, exam, and first adjustment.
- West Coast University: Blood Pressure Checks
Services:
- MyoCore: 10-15 minutes of muscle therapy known as Myofascial release (MFR) therapy is a deep tissue manual therapy technique that focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness. The technique targets pain from two sources: skeletal muscle or connective tissues that are 'boundβ by tight fascia. MyoCore doctors use deep, focused manual pressure and stretching to the area to release the adhesions and trigger points, which, in turn, relax the muscle and restore function to the muscle and associated joints.

- Wounded Warrior Project: Resources include case management, home care, adaptive sports, emotional support through WWP Talk, career counseling, and connections to partner organizations for treatment.
