About this Event
Menarche (first period) is an incredibly important rite of passage in a persons life. It has the ability to change their life trajectory. Attending a First Moon Circle gifts wisdom, confidence and self-care tools to the attendees.
Join me in a relaxed and fun learning circle discussing all things puberty and menstruation.
We will gather for three hours, which is divided into two parts.
The first part (90 minutes) the children will attend to learn about:
Puberty, Menstruation, Our AMAZING bodies, Period Products (hand outs provided), Questions answered throughout, Refreshments provided throughout.
The second part (90mins) mums/parents are invited into circle for further learning and a celebration:
The 4 stages of the menstrual cycle, Menstrual Cycle Awareness (cycle charting), crafting, celebration & blessings sharing

VENUE: The circle will be held in the East London neighbourhood of Highams Park, E4. Free parking is available and there are good transport links.
