This is the first edition of the Midwest Video Tech meetup. We intend to create a community of Midwesterner engineers, developers, and fans of online video technology. If things work well, we want to organize recurrent meetups across the Midwest to gather and discuss all the technical topics in the video workflow: players, encoding, transcoding, distribution, analytics, advertising, monetization, and many more!
