What is First Fruit?The first fruit represents our first increase on any new venture that we embark upon in a given time, including a New Year. It is the giving of a person’s first substance to God, according to Romans 11:16. Participating in first fruit offering is not mandatory, but, voluntary and encouraged. Additionally, first fruit is an offering that is given separate and apart from your regular tithe. In other words, it should not be taken from your tithe.
This year, we are asking all leaders, members and partners to consider a seed of $125 per person, as a minimum first fruit offering. Some of you may desire to do more, and that is appreciated as well. Some will be able to participate below the $125 request, and that is equally appreciated as well. The $125 seed is simply a suggestion.
On Sunday February 23, 2025 during our 8am service, we will receive all First Fruit Offerings and a special time of prayer will be prayed over your seed. We will lay hands on them and present them to the Lord as an offering fit for what we are believing him for as a ministry.
