Join us for a Deeply Restorative First Friday Breathwork class in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Designed to help you Release, Reset, and Reconnect with yourself.
This 1-hour experience blends gentle yoga, guided breathwork, and a soothing sound bath, creating the perfect space for relaxation and inner transformation.

Info: Enjoy a guided journey through different breathing styles all designed to help reset your lungs and nervous system. This includes breathing practices such as: Box Breathing, Circle Breathing, Breath of Fire, Active Breathing culminating in 3 Rounds of Wim Hof style breath work.
