Our introductory course at Beauty Inside Wellness Spa offers a comprehensive journey into Reiki principles, history and hands-on techniques for self-care and healing.
During this introductory course, you will delve into the core teachings of Reiki, including its history, principles and practical application through hands-on placements for both personal and professional use. Moreover, you will have the invaluable opportunity to practice giving and receiving treatments, fostering a deeper understanding and connection with this ancient healing art.
Our classes are designed to create a nurturing environment for growth and self-discovery, incorporating meditation practices and guidance to help you cultivate inner focus and balance. Each participant will receive a comprehensive manual and certification upon completion of the course, empowering you to integrate Reiki into your life journey confidently.
As a testament to the personalized attention we provide, our class size is limited to six participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive learning environment.
The investment for this transformative experience is $250 plus HST, which includes the course manual and your First Degree Reiki Certificate. Additionally, as a token of our appreciation for your commitment to holistic well-being, we offer a complimentary Reiki "group share" session one month after the course concludes, allowing you to continue your journey alongside fellow practitioners.
