🏈 🦅 We Ready, Eagles!!! 🦅 🏈 July 15th is the first official day of football practice. We are excited to see you at Begich Middle School on the grass fields.
Practice begins at 6PM and will end at 8PM. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to turn in paperwork, meet your staff, and be ready to go promptly at 6PM.
Players must have 10 hours of conditioning before they move into pads, then an additional 10 hours in pads before they can play in games. That is 2 full weeks of practice before game play. Please also be aware that if they do not have paperwork completed and are sitting during practice, it WILL NOT count towards game eligibility. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We ask for parents and family to remember that we are guests at Begich and they can revoke our permits if we do not abide by the rules:
DO NOT PARK ILLEGALLY (FIRE ZONES)
NO TOBACCO, SMOKING, VAPING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS
CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF - PLEASE PICK UP YOUR TRASH
1st WEEK OF PRACTICE IS CONDITIONING. Here's what you need:
Athletic apparel (be prepared for the weather) - Wicking fabric. Try to avoid cotton
Football cleats
Mouth guard (can not be red)
Water Bottle
Any medication that they need
IF YOU HAVE A HELMET, IT'S NOT MANDATORY BUT GOOD TO BRING FOR CONDITIONING
All players must turn copies of all the following paperwork before they can participate:
Birth Certificate (copy)

If in home school, home school form must be completed.
