The first annual free Outdoor Safety Day hosted by Penn Soil RC&D Council will take place on Sat., Sept. 28, 2024, rain or shine (severe weather date is Sat., Oct. 5, 2024) at Kinzua Beach on the Allegheny Reservoir from 10 am - 3 pm. Many local agencies and groups will be on hand to conduct demonstrations, run activities planned and answer questions! AND...Smokey Bear will be in there to celebrate his 80th Birthday!!
