This 2-day Train the Trainer course equips you with the knowledge, skills, and certification to become a confident and compliant first aid instructor. You’ll cover the essential first aid syllabus while also learning how to design, deliver, and assess training that meets Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.

- How to deliver the full First Aid at Work syllabus, including:• Primary and secondary surveys• CPR, defibrillation and recovery position• Choking, bleeding, burns and fractures• Stroke, seizures, shock and diabetic emergencies
- The roles and responsibilities of a First Aider under UK legislation
- How to support infection prevention and accident reporting (including RIDDOR)
- Practical skills to handle emergencies and keep people safe
- Trainer techniques: engaging delivery, learner assessment, and adapting to different audiences
