This is a work safe BC occupational Level 1 Equivalent and can be used in the workplace.
Standard First Aid will cover Basic First Aid, CPR and AED use. This course is for people who need these courses for their employer or you would just like to have more First Aid knowledge on how you can help someone in a life threatening emergency, You will have the skills and knowledge to act and help anyone in need of First Aid.
-Full course has no prerequisites; the recommended age is 15 years old.

Recertification requires you to attend April 7 only and must have proof of a first aid course within the last five years brought to class. If you're confident you qualify, contact the office before registering.

Emergency First Aid with CPR C/AED -Full course/Recertification

What will be covered is CPR/AED and obstructed airway procedures to respond to adult, child, and infant emergencies. You will also learn to recognize and respond to respiratory and circulatory emergencies. This includes asthma, allergic reactions, heart attack, stroke, and bleeding. This has no Prerequisites and the recommended age is 13 years old.
Emergency First Aid with CPR C/AED (OFA Level 1 Equivalent) electronic certification card.
Certification is valid for 3 years from date of issue.
