Meet Chef Darien Rozsahegyi and taste innovative canapés with a twist. Oysters will be shucked on site by Codfathers. There will be a pasta station all evening to enjoy a personalized order. Pairing with all this delicious food are award winning cocktails and wines from the South Okanagan. Sample Tumbleweed Spirits, Kismet Estate Winery, Gold Hill Winery, Intersection Estate Winery, Nostalgia Wines, Nk’Mip Cellars and Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. Then dance the evening away as the sun sets over Lake Osoyoos. $125 plus tax.
