First Aid at Work (2 day Refresher)

This is a 2-day refresher course designed to update and reinforce essential life-saving skills for individuals who have previously completed first aid at work training. The course covers a review of fundamental techniques such as CPR, wound care, choking relief, and how to handle medical emergencies like heart attacks or strokes. Participants will ensure they remain confident and competent in responding to accidents and health crises, as first aid protocols and guidelines may change over time. Refresher courses also offer the chance to practice hands-on skills and stay current with the latest safety practices, helping to maintain readiness in emergency situations.
