Learn to RESPOND to stress and trauma with intention using simple, science-based tools for mental and emotional health. Our Level I Responder Training will provide you with a thorough introduction to using the arts, breath, and movement to address the negative impacts of stress and trauma. You will learn simple tools to care for yourself and others, focused on social, emotional, physical wellness.
