–
Friday, March 27 · 6pm · 10 seats
–
Nature’s Chef will be wild-crafting a seasonal 5-course fireside feast, prepared with foraged and coastal ingredients.
–
With this particular menu we are celebrating the last of the winter coastal harvest, including wild foraged mussels & gooseneck barnacles that will not return to the table again until next winter.
–
The intention is crafting a true wild food immersion – an intimate deep-dive into the delicacies of the Coast, with only 10 seats around the fire.
