Craig Mandeville founded Forcura to fix a fragmented post-acute care landscape where siloed data and manual workflows slowed patient transitions. What began as a cloud workflow solution became a comprehensive AI-enabled care coordination platform — used by thousands of home health, hospice, and post-acute agencies to streamline documentation, automate work, and secure clinical communications at scale.
Today, Forcura (now part of Mosai) delivers interoperable, HIPAA-secure solutions that help providers reduce readmissions, shorten intake timelines, and improve care continuity. Following a strategic merger with Medalogix, he serves on the Board of Directors of Mosai, guiding the combined product suite that unifies workflow automation with predictive analytics across the continuum of home-based care.
Craig is active investor and mentor in Jacksonville’s tech ecosystem, and deeply committed to elevating the region as a hub for innovation.

Daniel Destouche is currently the Vice President of Technology Innovation at Mosai and currently serves on the University of North Florida Computer Advisory Board. Prior to working with Mosai, he was the Chief Techology Architect for Forcura and a Lead Software Engineer at Black Diamond Wealth Platform (now SS&C).

Like Craig, Daniel is very active in the Jacksonville tech ecosystem and commited to helping elavate this region as a regional and nationwide technology hub.
