Join me for a deeply transformative journey that begins with a sacred cacao ceremony under the night sky. We’ll gather around the fire pit, sipping ceremonial cacao infused with love and intention as we connect with our hearts.
Fireside Bliss: Heart-Centered Cacao Journey & Sound Bath
What to Expect:
Cacao Ceremony:
We’ll start with Soul Lift Ceremonial cacao, sacred plant medicine, to open our hearts and set a loving intention for the evening.
Sacred Heart Meditation:
You’ll be guided through a heart-centered meditation, helping you to cultivate self-love, inner peace, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
60-Minute Indoor Sound Bath:
After the meditation, we’ll move inside for a restorative sound bath. Allow the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to support your journey of release and rejuvenation.
What I Provide:
To ensure your comfort and relaxation, I provide:
Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye pillows
Ceremonial-grade cacao
A warm, welcoming environment
Feel free to bring anything additional to make yourself more comfortable, an open heart, and water to stay hydrated.
