Join us for Fire Prevention Week with the City of Greensboro Fire Department! This year's Fire Prevention Week will be October 7th – October 11th, 10 AM – 2 PM daily at the Greensboro Science Center.
This year’s Fire Prevention Week™ (FPW™) campaign, “Smoke alarms: make them work for you!™,” works to educate everyone about the importance of working smoke alarms at home. An interactive skit, firetruck tour with firefighters, and goodie bags make this the perfect field trip for any group!
To reserve your spot in the Fire Prevention Week interactive show, please sign up with the link below! Each show has a limit of 40 participants. The shows will run at 10 AM, 11 AM, and 1 PM. Make sure you save your preferred spot today.
Fire Prevention Week activities are free to the public. Admission to the GSC is not included. A discounted admission rate will be available for those who have participated in Fire Prevention Week activities.
