Join Triad Local First for our 14th annual fundraising gala on Sunday, October 6th, 2024 at the Cadillac Service Garage in downtown Greensboro. Take a trip back in time to the Roaring Twenties. This was a time of prosperity and freedom known for flappers, bootleggers, and jazz legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, and Benny Goodman.This year’s community table event will include cocktails, a fresh multi-course, locally sourced dinner prepared by the chefs at 1618 Restaurants, outstanding jazz featuring students from the UNCG Miles Davis Jazz Studies Program, dancing, and more.
Bring your friends, and fellow lindy hoppers out for a fabulous night to celebrate and support the best the Triad offers.
Attire: Although not required, we highly encourage leaning into the fun fashions of the Roaring Twenties.
Women: Flapper-style dresses, sequins, long gloves, and headbands.
Men: Pinstripes, spats, and fedoras.
