ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Jana Johnson and Jo Brown have cultivated a combined 55 years of experience and expertise through the studies of psychology, yoga, meditation, wisdom traditions, and evidence-based wellness.
Jana is a Helix Institute trained psychospiritual counselor, energy worker, and spiritual mentor who has been teaching and counseling internationally for over 20 years.
Jo is a postgraduate qualified Clinical and Somatic Sexologist who has been facilitating women’s transformation for 34 years internationally.
