- Mindfulness Principles: Integrate mindfulness principles as the backdrop of the practice.
- Skillful Sequences: Experience skillful lead sequences according to the Taoist Elements and Meridians, and the subtle art of creating the ideal environment for a transformational experience of body, mind, and soul to take place.
