About this Event
Each evening is intentionally designed as an intimate archetypal container — limited to six participants to allow depth, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.
We will gather in a private studio space at Rhythm ’n You Piano Studio in Santa Monica. Exact address details will be sent via email after registration.
This is not a passive experience. You will be invited to engage.
Over three weeks, we will explore:
Week 1 – Ignite (The Wild One)
Reconnect with instinct. Identify where you’ve been holding back and what is ready to move.
Week 2 – Reveal (The Alchemist)
Illuminate what is surfacing. Release outdated identities, patterns, or beliefs that no longer fit.
Week 3 – Claim (The Sovereign)
Step into embodied leadership. Clarify the momentum you’re committing to moving forward.
Each 90-minute session includes:
• Grounded breathwork
• Archetypal teaching & guided active imagination
• Journaling and optional creative expression
• Partner or small group reflection
• A focused sound bath for integration
You’ll leave each evening with clarity, language, and embodied insight - not just relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, and an open mind.
