Fire-Horse Ceremony

Fire Horse is the medicine of forward motion— of instinct remembered, of sovereignty reclaimed, of the moment when the body chooses its own direction; when the body remembers it was never meant to be contained.

It is about remembering your own rhythm— the quiet knowing of when to move, when to pause, when to choose yourself.

This is a gathering of body, breath, and sound—a slow return to what lives beneath the surface. This is an activation, compassionately held, a gentle turning towards so that the body releases in its own time.

We will open with ceremonial cacao to soften the heart, ground us in our bodies, in heart coherence and community before entering the purification of sauna, opening the altered space of heat & sweat

Somatic movements, guided by sensation rather than form, what has been held in the tissues a softer path to change, inviting the awakening.

Breathe through what is becoming, what is emerging; we breathe to make space.

We allow, not force.

Give power to voice, another path to awaken agency, where truth becomes.

Nurturing what was ignited within, immersed in a grounded sound scape supported with neuro-informed touch. Allowing vibration to carry what shifted, re-patterning toward purpose.

To trust what your body is ready for. To move forward in a way that feels safe, sovereign, in embodied truth.

Your body as the threshold, a compass, it is sacred fire.
