What to Expect
🪘 Guided Drumming Meditation with Danielle
We’ll begin the evening with a grounding drumming meditation led by Danielle to help us connect with the land, the fire, and each other. Whether you’re an experienced drummer or brand new, everyone is welcome.
🔥 Fire Drumming Circle
Feel the energy as we drum together around the fire. The rhythm creates a powerful space for release, connection, and presence.
✨ Ignition Spark Messages with Olya
Each person will receive an Ignition Spark — a special message written for them and for this gathering. Before opening the messages, Olya will guide a short meditation to bring the group into clarity and presence.
🌿 Group Moxa with Olya Moon & Troy
Moxa is an ancient healing technique that uses warm mugwort to support circulation, release tension, and restore energetic flow. Olya and Troy will guide this gentle, calming experience as part of the evening.
🎶 Songs Around the Fire with Lucy
Lucy will lead simple drum songs around the fire while participants receive their Moxa sessions. These heart-opening songs invite everyone to sing together in a relaxed and welcoming way.
☕ Warm Beverages
Enjoy hot chocolate or tea to stay cozy by the fire.
What to Bring
• Dress in layers for the evening weather
• A drum or rattle if you have one
• Blanket for warmth
• Chairs will be provided (feel free to bring your own camping chair)
