Kundalini Yoga with Mystic: Move into the mystical realm of Kundalini Yoga, where ancient indian practices awaken the dormant energy within you. Through invigorating movements,breathwork, and meditation, Mystic will lead you on a journey to elevate your consciousness and ignite the powerful energy that lies at the base of your spine. Feel the cosmic flow as you align your body, mind, and spirit in this sacred practice.
Sound Ceremony with Arlyn: The return to harmony and balance utilizing gentle qi gong movements as we slowly walk the mind down into the body for an integrative energetic experience. Allowing the sound waves to wash through the light body effectively redirecting and balancing the flow of chi restoring us to our optimal potential. The transcendent soundscape will relax and open us to receive any divine messages or perhaps enable us to determine our next steps in waking reality.
