Then comes the firewalk. Not about forcing your way through fear, but meeting it, feeling it, and stepping anyway.
And just when everything has been stirred… we slow it all down.
You’ll lie back for a one-hour sound journey, allowing the body to settle, process and integrate what’s just happened.
Because real change doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the body.
This 4.5 hour experience is designed to move you from activation into deep rest, from tension into release, from hesitation into action.
Held in the beautiful surroundings of the Down to Earth Project in Gower, with free parking on site, this is your chance to step away from the noise and into something real.
