Friday night drinkies like no others 🔥🙏🏻🧖🏻♀️🥂 Join us for a fun, lighthearted and invigorating evening with Sauna, Yoga and a cheeky drink. Guided by Ange and Emma, we will sweat, stretch and share some laughs. Tickets are strictly limited, so book now to not miss out.
Guided by Angie Chilcott of The Yoga Bungalow and Emma Sinclair of The Sauna Project Cambridge, this event promises to stretch your body and warm your soul.
During our time together we will flow between yoga and sauna, then finish off with a rewarding beverage together at the end.
The flow of our evening together:
Friday 5 June, you will arrive at The Yoga Bungalow from 5.30 pm for an evening of delights
After a warm welcome from your facilitators and introductions, we will split into two groups. The groups will take turns to experience:
✨Sauna with Emma, including guiding, afguss infusion using essential oils from Wellington Apothecary, interspersed with contrast therapy (optional) or just breaks. The sauna will be heated to 80-85 degrees, and this will be completely open to sauna novices and experienced sauna bathers alike.
✨Yoga Flow with Ange: Unwind with a gentle-soothing yoga flow designed to calm your nervous system and melt away tension. Expect a nurturing, cosy vibe. Think slow flow and a deep exhale for the body and mind.
After our sauna and yoga rounds, we come together in the cosy yoga studio for a shared drink. We will wrap up by 8 pm, then send you home for the best sleep ever.
You will be held and guided throughout the session - we welcome people of all ages, stages and experience levels for this lighthearted and friendly event. Whether you have never set foot on a yoga mat before, or never experienced the heat of the sauna, or both are part of your regular routine - this event is for you.
