Fire & Rewire Retreat in April is an immersive experience designed to interrupt the familiar and activate the possible. Through intentional meditation, breath, movement, and guided reflection, participants learn to fire new neural pathways and rewire emotional conditioning. Ice baths serve as an initiation—training the nervous system to remain calm, coherent, and present under stress, while converting survival responses into resilience and clarity.

As the body moves beyond habit and the mind releases the past, elevated emotion and intention synchronize. In this field, you rehearse the future before it happens, signaling the brain and body that change is safe and sustainable. Each return to the present moment resets your baseline, teaching your biology a new way of being.
