This isn’t just a trip—it’s a celebration of flavour in one of the most remote and untouched corners of Aotearoa. Learn how to gather and prepare local ingredients, create nourishing meals from scratch, and embrace a paddock–ocean–pan approach to food. From slow-cooked game to hearty stews, foraged greens to pickled preserves—you’ll get hands-on with wholesome, seasonal food that reflects the heart of Fiordland.
And when you're not cooking or tasting? There’s time to kayak, SCUBA dive, fish, hunt, paddleboard, free dive, head ashore for exploration, soak in the hot tub, photograph wildlife, or simply unwind in the silence of the sounds.
Fully catered (except alcohol) – and includes TWO helicopter flights. Just get yourself to Te Anau (2 hours south of Queenstown), and we’ll take care of the rest.
