Presenters will explain advance directives and why everyone should complete theirs. Presenters will provide a list of tools and resources to help your loved ones “finish strong.” The tools will be specifically designed to address planning end-of-life care based on the State of Michigan, even at the state of dementia diagnosis. A few copies of the book “Finish Strong” by Barbara Coobs Lee will be available. Wednesday, April 15, 5:30 p.m.
