It’s a full-on movement experience — and this one comes with a glow. ✨
💫 What Is a Groove Class?
We move together to great music using simple, easy-to-follow movements that anyone can do. There’s no complicated choreography to memorize, no “right” or “wrong” way to move — just clear guidance from your facilitator and space for you to dance your heart out.
Everyone moves to the same rhythm or steps, creating a powerful sense of connection and unity, while still honouring your own style, body, and expression.
You’ll move, sweat, laugh, play, and feel totally free. It’s a practice of being authentic, present, and alive — in your body, in the moment, and in the groove.
🌟 Special Finger Light Theme!
This class will be a finger light–themed experience — meaning we’ll be dancing in the dark with glowing finger lights to add an extra dose of creativity, playfulness, and magic to the dance floor.

About Your Facilitator
Laurie-Lynn Macdonald has been a Groove Facilitator since 2010 and a Master Teacher with The World Groove Movement since 2012, sharing her passion for movement, music, and connection around the world. With a background in dance, yoga, and fitness, she’s led countless workshops, retreats, and live experiences that celebrate authenticity, creativity, and joy.
She believes movement is medicine — and when we move together, we heal, connect, and feel alive.
