Have you ever looked at a painting or sculpture and wondered what inspired the artist? Or tried to imagine the story behind an artifact? Engaging with different artworks and curated items around the state, author Tara Campbell invites people to form a new relationship with a gallery or museum through creative writing. Go beyond the wall plaque to see new ways of looking at an object or a piece of art through guided observations and writing exercises. Along the way, we’ll forge new relationships with art, the museum, and one another.
Cost: Free to the public!
