Finding Your Voice: Music, Creativity, and Spirituality
This taster session offers a gentle introduction to music as a form of personal expression. Through guided improvisation, listening, and soundscape activities inspired by contemporary art music, participants are invited to explore creative ways of working with sound and reflect on their own sense of meaning, identity, and connection. No prior musical knowledge is required — you are welcome to use your own voice, but there is no expectation to sing. A selection of accessible instruments will also be available.
