Join York Photographers for a 2 hour in person workshop designed to help photographers of all genres and experience levels gain clarity on their creative style and direction.
Many photographers create strong work but struggle to articulate what makes their photography distinctive, what brings their work together, or why they are drawn to certain themes, subjects or visual elements. This workshop focuses on understanding your photographic identity, not as a trend or aesthetic, but as a creative point of view shaped by your experiences, values and interests.
Through guided exercises and group discussion, you will explore the themes, influences and visual cues that naturally show up in your work, and learn how to develop them with intention.

Who this workshop is for
This session is open to photographers of all styles and experience levels, including street, landscape, portrait and personal work. You do not need a defined style, a finished portfolio or extensive experience to attend.
