The Lumina Experience
In the midst of life’s responsibilities, distractions, and constant movement, it can be easy to lose sight of what grounds us, inspires us, and lights us up from within.
Join us for the inaugural Lumina Experience, a morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and explore what becomes possible when you create space for reflection, creativity, and renewal.
Through guided conversation, journaling, candle-making, and sound, we’ll explore what it means to reconnect with your inner light.
Together, we’ll:
Reflect on what brings meaning, energy, and purpose to your life
Explore practices for reconnecting with yourself and what matters most
Create a custom candle as a symbol of intention and inner light
Experience a restorative sound bath designed to cultivate presence, clarity, and renewal
No prior experience with journaling, meditation, candle-making, or sound healing is needed — just a willingness to pause, reflect, and be present.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to yourself, your intentions, and the possibilities that await when you make space for a little more light.
Meet Your Hosts
Jean Nitchals is the founder of Crystal Healing Collective, a local female-owned company rooted in healing, connection, and conscious community. Jean is a Reiki Master, internationally accredited Sound Healer, and Conscious Breathwork Facilitator. Through her work, she creates intentional spaces for reflection, restoration, and energetic alignment, helping others reconnect with themselves and the collective strength we each bring into the world.
Bahar, founder of Belura Candles, will guide guests through the custom candle-making portion of the experience. With a background as an engineer and researcher, Bahar created Belura from a desire to bring more beauty, peace, and clean air into the home. Her candles are made with a clean-burning coconut-apricot wax blend, free from paraffin and parabens, and rooted in science, safety, and intentionality. At Lumina, she’ll help each guest create a candle that serves as a personal symbol of warmth, reflection, and inner light.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat with you. You may also want to bring a bolster, pillow, blanket, and/or eye cover to feel comfortable and supported during the sound bath.
Please bring a water bottle for hydration.
