The afternoon unfolds with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to foster connection and intention, then transitions into a deeply restful restorative yoga practice paired with an immersive sound bath. The day will close with a gentle closing circle, offering space for integration and reflection. This retreat is ideal for anyone seeking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience therapeutic movement and mindfulness in a supportive, intentional community.
