If you’ve ever felt that finding a therapist was daunting or had a provider that wasn’t quite right and swore off therapy, this workshop is for you! This interactive session will guide you to find the therapist of your dreams (yup, they exist) with intentional boundary building, thoughtful interview questions, and resources to help your search.
