Finding Peace and Balance Through Mindful Meditation

Join me for "Mindful Meditation Mondays" where you can learn how to find inner peace and create balance even in the midst of your stressful life. Learn how to access control of your mind so your mind no longer controls you.
Your instructor Brandon Long has been a lifelong practitioner of mindfulness with over a decade of experience in meditation. Having degrees in Neuroscience Psychology Buddhist Studies as well as Mental Health Counseling Brandon can convey the simplicity of this practice and all it has to offer for anyone to understand and benefit from.
Starting August 28 2023 we will host a meditation class on the last Monday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All are welcome from beginners to masters and classes are FREE to everyone ($5.00 donations welcome).
