Whether you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life transition, or the loss of a dream, this workshop is for you.
Grief can feel confusing, isolating, and overwhelming—but you don’t have to walk through it alone.
In this guided session, you’ll gain practical tools to help you:
- understand what’s happening in your mind and body during grief
- regulate your emotions and calm your nervous system
- process loss in a healthy, supportive way
- begin to reconnect with yourself and find moments of light again
